Steps to Reproduce:

1. open and trust a repo with a task that will run a shell command with the cwd option (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-copilot-evaluation/)
2. try to run that task (ensure-run-explorer-deps in vscode-copilot-evaluation, runs on start)

The terminal process failed to launch: Cannot launch a terminal process in an untrusted workspace with cwd \home\aamunger\src\vscode-copilot-evaluation\.vscode\extensions\msbench-run-explorer and userHome \home\aamunger.

Using WSL, but it sounds like it's broken now for mac as well.
