Create Issue

Note: the single view is currently not on-par with the classic view in terms of functionality, but feel free to report issues for things you miss.

• Enable the single view by configuring chat.agentSessionsViewLocation to single-view
  • you can do this from a view action as well:

• Make sure you have a full list of providers installed
• Create sessions and verify they appear in the list
• Verify changes to sessions are reflected in the list
• Verify the entries in the list provide meaningful information for you to know what the session is about
• Verify you can open sessions

Feel free to report any UX feedback you have also as issues.
