Copilot Chat isn't rendering my HTML #273617

When I put HTML in my chat request, the chat UI does not show the HTML, even though it appears to send it.
What I pasted:
In the series, we introduced multiple types of models—LLMs, embedding models, and vision models. Next we explored popular approaches for working with LLMs: RAG, tool calling, and structured outputs. Then we evaluated AI quality and safety. Finally, we built AI agents and explored the newest standard in the generative AI space, Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Also, in this response, it seems like it's trying to show me HTML content, but it is not rendered.
I suspect the HTML is either being stripped out entirely or rendered invisibly.
Is that expected?
