Copilot Freezing VS Code #273166

Steps to reproduce:
- Open VS Code.
- Open Copilot chat.
- Issue a couple of prompts.
- Tab out and back in.
- VS Code will be completely frozen and unresponsive.
- Kill via Task Manager, and repeat.
Started hitting the issue on Monday the 20th. Last week I was able to use Copilot for hours without issue. VS Code can be used normally without issue as long as I don't issue a prompt to Copilot. Once I do, it will freeze within a couple of prompts.
