But when I try to install my Dall House extension 0.3.0, I get this error

That version of the extension declares a dependency on Copilot Chat. I just published 0.3.1 which removes it, since it wasn't technically necessary, but I shouldn't have been blocked from installing 0.3.0. The error is confusing, those proposal versions have not changed recently
