scroll behavior is not smooth sometimes #246523
Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- have a long conversation...
- notice scroll jumping:
Screen.Recording.2025-04-14.at.11.44.03.AM.mov
It almost feels like... something is lazily being rendered (which makes sense, it's a ListView after all) but its rendering messes with the scroll height or something like that.
