Add a editor.action.insertFinalNewLine command #241075
Description
There is already the editor.action.trimTrailingWhitespace command, which can be used with the parameter reason: 'auto-save' to trim trailing whitespace without moving the cursor position. Same thing for inserting final newline would be very useful.
Would allow to properly fix editorconfig/editorconfig-vscode#330
