Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a keybinding for git.diff.stageHunk.
2. Open a project with unstaged changes.
3. Click on "Open changes".
4. Place the cursor on the hunk you want to stage.
5. Use the keybinding to stage the hunk.

Expected:
The hunk gets staged.

Actual:
The changes remain unstaged.
