Screencast mode: keyboard overlay timeout does not respect the value #238745

"screencastMode.keyboardOverlayTimeout": 5000,
in screencast mode the keyboard overlay timout setting value is not respected.
i have set the value to 5000 but the overlay vanishes much before 5000 ms. i believe it is considering the default value and not the updated value.
