Icon click behavior when Activity Bar location is top or bottom #210569

The workbench.activityBar.iconClickBehavior setting controls what happens when you click icon in Activity Bar. It can focus the view or hide it.
However, with "workbench.activityBar.location": "top" or "workbench.activityBar.location": "bottom", the workbench.activityBar.iconClickBehavior does not work, or, by default is set to focus.
I don't know if this is expected behavior.
