Now that we seem to have support in search to navigate using keyboard via @roblourens changes, I suggest to do the same in the problems view where you typically have many entries for the same file and this pattern makes sense.

I see some code that throttles keyboard events to prevent too many open events. Maybe this code should be moved down to the tree so that upstream tree users can adopt this pattern?
