Issue Type: Bug
The unicode char 0x259B (▛) produces the char 0x258C (▌) iin VSCode. Regardless if copied and pasted e.g. from https://unicode-table.com/en/blocks/block-elements/ or as output from Powershell [char]0x259B. Tried in PS5.1, PS7 and Cmdline terminal.
Shells outside of VSCode reproduce the character correctly.
