Quick Fix: Keyboard shortcut CTRL+. shows a small 'e' #135084

Issue Type: Bug
In the latest version of VSCode, when I click CTRL+. to open the quick fix menu, a small "e" char is shown and nothing happens.
If I click on the link "Quick Fix (CTRL+.)" the menu is correctly shown.
VS Code version: Code 1.61.0 (ee8c7de, 2021-10-07T18:11:02.929Z)
OS version: Linux x64 5.13.0-19-generic
