Just middle click the identifier then it can provides the the same functionality as Ctrl + left click (goto definition or find usage)

The feature is available on JetBrains IDEs and I find it very useful when I just do not want to touch the keyboard for the Ctrl button.

Also, I wonder if some mouse related shortcut can be customized
