FileUserDataProvider unit test failures #106283
Description
1) FileUserDataProvider "after each" hook for "exists return false when file does not exist":
Error: timeout of 5000ms exceeded. Ensure the done() callback is being called in this test.
Somehow recently this test seems to fail, ever since we upated to Electron 9.3.0, but I do not see a correlation here that could be obvious.
