This is partially complete - however, we probably need some updates to populate test hierarchy information as well as to generate unique and deterministic TestCase.Id.

2. Implement changes to split rows for data driven tests into individual tests with same class and method names but unique Ids and display names (as opposed to a single test with multiple results).
