Close button doesn't use a tab's text color when hovered #8046

Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 1.3.2651.0

Steps to reproduce
Open a tab. Color it yellow. Hover over its close button.
Expected behavior
The × should be black, like it was before I hovered.
Actual behavior
The × is white, like the default text color.
