Description of the new feature/enhancement

In Profile, we have HasGuid() and Guid() to retrieve the Guid. During the construction/validation process of CascadiaSettings, we generate a Guid for each profile that doesn't have one.

We should investigate (and implement) having Profile make and return the Guid when the profile's Guid is being retrieved (Guid()).
