…ation (#2894) Same fix as microsoft/teams.ts#625 and microsoft/teams.py#481. Splits the single-job publish pipeline into a separate `publish` stage with two jobs: - `publish_internal` - no release context, publishes to Azure Artifacts - `publish_public` - `type: releaseJob` + `isProduction: true`, publishes via ESRP This fixes the 1ES template error: ``` Change management: no release tasks outside of release jobs in pipeline ``` Also uses `artifactName` (required by 1ES template) for `pipelineArtifact` inputs. ## Release v2.0.14
Prepares the stable **2.0.14** release by merging `main` into `release`
and setting `version.json` to the stable version (removing the
`-preview.{height}` suffix).
- Previous release: `2.0.13` (published 2026-06-15)
- Only functional diff vs `main` is `version.json`:
`2.0.14-preview.{height}` → `2.0.14`
