This PR adds a reference to the community-created Ruby gem implementation of POML to the ecosystem documentation. The Ruby gem, available at https://github.com/GhennadiiMir/poml, provides POML functionality for Ruby applications and is maintained by the community to stay synchronized with the original library development.
