The motivation is to allow Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (currently the only LTSC supported until 2029) to run ONNXRuntime and the DML provider. Inspired by #24845 to remove dxcore.dll dependency. Currently confirmed to work in a VM. Real tests on hardware with DML compatible devices will be performed very soon --------- Co-authored-by: Julien Maille <[email protected]>
…24534) 1. Migrate "Linux CPU Minimal Build E2E CI Pipeline" and "onnxruntime-binary-size-checks-ci-pipeline" to Github Action 2. Add the support for building ONNX Runtime minimal build with vcpkg. 3. Auto format the yaml files with ruamel.yaml 4. Update vcpkg to the latest release.
VCPKG has removed this feature.
