Introduces support for NTLM Authentication in the driver as requested in issue #696.
This feature currently supports authentication with connection string as under:
jdbc:sqlserver://<hostname>;integratedSecurity=true;authenticationScheme=NTLM;domain=<server_domain>;user=<userName>;password=<password>Implementation of Channel Binding is in progress.
