Invoke-LinkLanguageCheck.ps1 accepts -ExcludePaths (string array) and -OutputPath (string, default logs/link-lang-check-results.json), but scripts/linting/README.md only lists a Features and Usage block for the script with no Parameters section. The OutputPath argument was added in microsoft#1229 and neither it nor the pre-existing ExcludePaths have ever been surfaced to contributors. Add a Parameters section mirroring the sibling Invoke-YamlLint.ps1 entry and drop an extra Usage example showing the -OutputPath override. Closes microsoft#1302.

This PR adds the missing Parameters section, following the structure already used by the siblingInvoke-YamlLint.ps1entry, and adds a usage example for a custom output path.The goal is to document both the long-standing
