The Jira and GitLab skill directories each contained a symlink pointing back to themselves, creating infinite directory loops. This caused plugin generation to miscount skills and risked hanging any recursive file operation.

Description

Deleted two recursive symlinks:

.github/skills/jira/jira/jira → pointed back to .github/skills/jira/jira (infinite loop)
.github/skills/gitlab/gitlab/gitlab → pointed back to .github/skills/gitlab/gitlab (infinite loop)

The folder structure .github/skills/{collection-id}/{skill-name}/ is correct and unchanged. No flattening, path updates, or collection YAML changes were needed.
