@jstarks @jhowardmsft - There is more work to do here. Conceptually I want to add these, and move the internal/hcs layer to a internal/vmcompute. Then have the internal/hcs process and system know how to cope with using internal/computecore for RS5+ and internal/vmcompute for RS1 - RS4.

Looking for early feedback if you agree with the approach

Update. I changed this into two PR's because the computestorage seemed easier to fully implement right away. So it can likely go in right now but this will need the rest of the operation/system/process code I to be usable.

Use device mapper to create and mount linear block devices that correspond to container layers
that were mapped onto a single VPMEM device.
The device offset and size are expected to be in bytes and properly aligned
