@jhowardmsft Yes I will get the work done for V2 schema. I have to rework #247 aswell because the checks for RS5 are redundant because namespaces will only be supported for RS5. Will get them done early next week. |

@jterry75 Carrying #163 into v0.6.12.
@msabansal This needs another PR against master, as well as v2 schema support. Between myself and Justin we'll do the re-vendor into docker using v0.6.12 rather than master which isn't currently stable.
