Current Behavior
We mention how we leverage GitHub Releases and point the user to the Releases page, but those have been halted.
New Behavior
We now point the users to the individual CHANGELOG.md files to consult changes as these will always be up to date.
Couldn't find anything related to this in the wiki, so no wiki pages need to be affected.
