Add additional notifications #297

Suggested new feature or improvement
Mot sure what the point in having a hub with GitHub "stuff" is if they don't incur notifications.
the page simply acts as a hyperlink to various projects and email notifications are still required.
Also, at present it does not seem to recognise that VS2022 is installed or allow me to add local projects.

ok, and heres another "BUG" then, I write feedback in the app and it redirects me here to send it again...
