Steps to reproduce the bug
- Have some widgets pinned, navigate away and to the Dashboard.
- Delete some widgets, add some widgets
- Navigate to the Dashboard again -- order may have been lost
Expected result
No response
Actual result
Dashboard order should not be lost.
