Describe the bug
Notice how sometimes the history button will render overlapped with content in the title bar.

Steps To Reproduce
This bug was filed from another source and did not have detailed repro steps, but anecdotally, I have seen this behavior. It would be great if someone could help consistently repro this.

History button is positioned below title bar:
