Replace hard coded AKS Kubernetes version with a script to check current default version. #861
Description
Describe the bug: The AKS team periodically changes the supported K8s version. Thus a hard coded version will break Bedrock templates.
Expected behavior:. A deployment without a specified K8s version should work.
