I want: to understand what the builds mean in introspection at a high level

So that: I can understand the deployments more easily

Describe the solution you'd like:
The terms SRC to ACR, ACR to HLD and HLD to manifest currently being used are technical and don't explain what these builds actually mean.

• Rename columns in dashboard
• Rename columns in CLI

Apply the following changes:

• SRC to ACR should change to Image Created
• ACR to HLD should change to Metadata Updated (need to consider whether past tense or present, Metadata Update makes more sense?)
• HLD to Manifest should change to Ready to deploy

Acceptance Criteria:
Columns are easier to understand
