As a:
bedrock cli user
I want:
my logs to go to a file named bedrock.log instead of spk.log
So that:
there is less confusion

Acceptance Criteria:

• rename log output from spk to bedrock.log

Removing the log file all together if no longer needed

spk tool has been renamed to the bedrock-cli
