spk init command should not ask for key vault value #1295
Description
Describe the bug:
the spk init command prompts for key vault value when we do not plan to support it for the time being.
To Reproduce:
execute spk init command and choose to setup introspection configuration. You will be prompt to enter key vault value.
Expected behavior:
user should not be prompted to enter key vault value.
