ADB error - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061) #136
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Start Windows Subsystem for Android
- Make sure developer mode is enabled
- Connect using adb to the IP address shown in WSA settings
✔️ Expected Behavior
It should have connected successfully.
❌ Actual Behavior
The subsystem would randomly refuse to connect unless I reboot my PC.
