It's a result of targeting esnext; es2019 adds trimEnd that takes zero arguments; chrome-devtools-frontend has a shim that takes 1 argument. We may have previously bound this shim correctly? Need to check.

Yep. Removing the method from lib.es2019.string.d.ts restores the declaration from prototype assignment on String. I'm not sure what the correct behaviour is but I'll log a bug and we can decide later.

Never mind, as long as there's an error on the declaration site too, then it's fine to just use the lib version.
