Add insertSpaceAfterOpeningAndBeforeClosingNonemptyBraces Format Option to Server Protocol #13275
Description
I see insertSpaceAfterOpeningAndBeforeClosingNonemptyBraces was added as a formatting option back in September, but I do not see this option exposed in the TS server protocol. We would like to allow users to configure this formatting option in VSCode.
