Remove tbl_sysinfo as it's not used and incorrectly populated #159
Description
Look into this. Figure out why and probably delete it.
running...
select * from tbl_sysinfo
"This table was created by PerfStatsAnalysis.sql due to missing Perf Stats Script data."
That is the only row in the table.
