Steps to reproduce

1. Don't install Windows Terminal/uninstall if present
2. Select "Open Windows Terminal Profiles"
3. Watch CmdPal crash and try to restart CmdPal without reinstalling PowerToys

✔️ Expected Behavior

A prompt that informs Windows Terminal is not installed
OR at minimum being able to restart CmdPal by toggling it off and on again in PowerToys Settings

I think it might also help if CmdPal would always return to the home page if detects it has crashed the last time so it doesn't try to load the page that crashes it when 'Go home when activated' is disabled

❌ Actual Behavior

CmdPal crashes and can't restart (probably because it's trying to load the Extension Page again)
When toggling it off and on in PowerToys Settings, Microsoft.CmdPal.UI.exe pops up for a second, tries to load and crashes again

Default settings + Show App Details (though 'Go home when activated' being disabled is probably the cause for crash on restart)
