Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please add third mode "Off" for schedule which will disable automatic theme switching but would still allow to switch theme with shortcut.
Probably, setting default value to "Off" would also help to avoid #42381, #42386 etc. but still have Light Switch enabled by default.

Scenario when this would be used?

Having single shortcut is best feature of Light Switch.
In my case I only need light there when I'm outside in bright environment or when sharing screen, but dark theme otherwise, so schedule won't work for these cases and requires workaround (select dark mode end one minute before start).
