Describe the bug
When using the XR SDK, WindowsSpeechInputProvider.OnPhraseRecognized never gets called when the "Select" phrase is called, causing the gaze cursor to not become active.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install the Windows XR Plugin (XR SDK)
- Configure a scene with gaze and speech input
- Deploy to the HL2
- Say "Select" to enable the gaze cursor
- See the OS generated speech confirmation tooltip appear, but not the gaze cursor
Expected behavior
Gaze cursor should appear when saying "Select"
