[MRTK2 issue] ArticulatedHand Controller Right was never registered with the Input Manager!

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start an editor remoting session to an HL2
2. Put at least one hand in view
3. Stop the play mode session
4. See error

Expected behavior

No logs!
