There is a bug in
@babel/preset-envon how it works withpackage.json/exportswhich was introduced in Node.js 13.3+.Although the bug is fixed in
@babel/[email protected], we are bumping to the latest version (@7.10.0).To reduce blast radius, we only bumped
@babel/preset-envinstead of the whole suite. We will bump the whole suite once we released 4.9.1.Specific Changes
