Feature Request

Direct Line Speech will deliver in-band synthesized waveform data.

Today, in Web Chat, we ask the synthesizing engine to turn text to waveform data and send it out thru the speaker.

Tomorrow, we should be able to ask the synthesizing engine to directly play waveform data to the speaker with the same synthesis queue as of today.
