Describe the bug

After the bot respond with inputHint: 'expecting' completed synthesis, the microphone should be re-opened in Safari.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On Safari, navigate to playground
2. Say "input hint expecting"
3. Wait until the synthesis of bot response completed

Expected behavior

The microphone should be turned on and start speech recognition.
