Thanks for the contribution. This looks like a good piece of work, it's good to see that MicroPython can run on these PIC MCUs. Unfortunately we are unable to merge this into this repository at this time, because it's a big burden to take on a new port and maintain it. I suggest you maintain this yourself (eg as an out-of-tree port with See also #6610 for an attempt at a PIC32MZ port. |

ports: Add port pic32m to the PIC32M series microcontroller from Microchip.
This is an experimental port of MicroPython to the PIC32M series microcontroller from Microchip.
The experiment is done with PIC32MX170F256B in 28-pin DIP package for easy hand soldering.
Supported features include:
REPL (Python prompt) over UART1.
The pyb module with 1 Led and 1 Switch.
