Support list of labels #58
Description
When the list of labels is long, it's not very easy to manage them in a single line and comma separation.
Many actions support lists of items like this:

with:
# list of Docker images to use as base name for tags

ghcr.io/username/app
# generate Docker tags based on the following events/attributes
tags: |

type=shaAdding support for labels like these would be nice. Thanks!
