Hi @mfuderer,
In this PR, I added a workflow that runs on every push and pull request. This workflow sets up Julia and Python, installs the required packages, and checks the consistency between the Python and Julia implementations. It is hard to also check for the MATLAB implementation because doing so requires a license. Hope this addresses some of your concerns earlier. :)
