Acceptance criteria

• Native, web, and node can host wasi:http/[email protected] worlds and related HTTP interfaces.
• Incoming and outgoing HTTP handler flows work through the shared Preview2 component and resource runtime.
• Node uses JS interop host adapters for HTTP support instead of node:wasi.
