Acceptance criteria

• Native, web, and node expose wasi:filesystem/types and wasi:filesystem/preopens per the package definitions.
• Preopens, descriptors, path resolution, and resource/error interop work through the shared Preview2 host layer.
• Node uses JS interop host adapters for filesystem support instead of node:wasi.
